Or a shirt of blue

Tanned dimpled cheeks

Your heart beating oh so true.

Your hair black as midnight

With eyes effervescence blue

Twinkle in the firelight

Make me tremble, askew.

A single red rose and a promise too

Of a gunfighter’s legend brave and so bold

A secret love, known by only a few

Now revealed to young and old.

With you by my side

We know that everything is true

Sweet harmony acts as our guide

And for this I will forever love you.
